We work with training providers delivering any of our standards, and employers in all sectors! Although we were set up to support the public, care, and health sectors, we believe all apprentices and providers can benefit from our supportive approach.

What format is the training that you offer?
Our training can be remote or face to face. It can be short sessions or longer ones, individual or group – we tailor it to you and your requirements

What is the cost of your training courses?
All of our training is bespoke so it’s not possible to list prices. We can tell you that we’re very reasonably priced and can work within your budget. We also offer discounts for block bookings.

Can training be customised to meet organisations’ needs?
Our training is never off-the-shelf – it’s always customised to your organisation and needs. We will also discuss what you are trying to achieve and the gaps that need filling. We’ll then propose training that works for your goals.

What are the technical requirements for accessing online courses?
All of our online courses will be delivered via Teams.

Do you charge for an initial discussion or training needs analysis?
No, the initial planning and discussion meeting is completely free of charge. At the meeting we will discuss all the requirements, plan a training needs analysis and then you will be advised of suggested sessions with costs.

What are your payments terms?
Invoices will be issued directly following the training being delivered with 30 days to to pay. If you have a number of sessions booked with us we will agree the payment terms at our initial discussions.

Are your trainers competent?
Yes, our trainers are fully qualified to deliver training and also competent in the areas for delivery. Each of our trainers have over 25 year experience in education working across various providers, colleges and awarding organisations with extensive knowledge from employability skills, customer service, apprenticeships, EPA and management development.
