    In the Care Services apprenticeship route, we provide EPA for:

    • Adult Care Worker Level 2 (Coming Soon)
    • Lead Adult Care Worker Level 3 (Coming Soon)
    • Lead Practitioner in Adult Care Apprenticeship Level 4
    • Leader in Adult Care Level 5

    In the Business & Administration apprenticeship route, we assess:

    • Associate Project Manager Level 4
    • Business Administrator Level 3
    • Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3
    • Operations or Departmental Manager Level 5
  • What companies or sectors do you work with?

    We work with training providers delivering any of our standards, and employers in all sectors! Although we were set up to support the public, care, and health sectors, we believe all apprentices and providers can benefit from our supportive approach.

  • What EPA support do you provide?

    We have toolkits and materials for each standard we assess. We have an EPA planning meeting with every apprentice after they pass gateway. We’ll schedule the assessment and make sure the apprentice knows what they need to bring or prepare for their assessment, saving a huge amount of time for training providers. Providers can also speak to us for advice on the logistics of EPA and how to use our materials.

  • What does EPA cost?

    You’ll see our EPA fees for each standard on that standard’s page. See the standards we assess here.

  • What support do you have for apprentices who require a reasonable adjustment?

    A reasonable adjustment can be requested by any apprentice, or their provider, to provide accommodations for a disability or a physical or mental health condition.   • Can I speak to the Advance EPA team for advice?

    Providers can speak to us for guidance and for any general questions about EPA. If you choose us as your end point assessment organisation, we’ll carry out a full onboarding so your team can prepare your apprentices for EPA.

    Apprentices who are registered with us will have full access to our guidance materials. For any questions not answered there, apprentices should ask their training provider.
